I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had the best experience today! My husband and I were on a big 400 mile day trip and noticed we were losing tire pressure fast about an hour into the trek. Turns out there was a screw in the tire! Being that it was the 4th of July and we weren’t anywhere close to home we were feeling really stuck! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of Brandon at The Service Center and he saved our day! He went above and beyond patching the tire super quickly and then checked and adjusted our other tires before we drove off. He even called to check in and made sure everything was going well a little bit after we got back on the road. Thank you so much Brandon and The Service Center!

I received a refund for the so-called diagnostic, but that does not excuse the terrible customer service or the unprofessional behavior I experienced. Being yelled at over the phone because you couldn’t properly diagnose the issue is unacceptable. From the start, I repeatedly explained that the thermostat had already been replaced. Instead of listening, your technician ignored that information and pushed the same lazy conclusion — replace the thermostat again. That isn’t diagnostics; that’s guesswork. What was even worse was how the vehicle was treated. Your idea of diagnosing the problem was to drive my Land Rover under load until it overheated again. This was done after I specifically warned you to shut the engine off for 5 seconds and allow it to cool to prevent further damage..Instead, the vehicle was returned to the service bay actively overheating, with coolant spilling everywhere. Watching my vehicle roll in like that made it obvious there was no concern for mechanical safety or customer property. Who knows what internal damage or weakened components may have resulted from this careless and reckless approach. Between the yelling, the refusal to listen, and the reckless handling of my vehicle, this place operates with a complete lack of professionalism. Customers should not have to accept this level of incompetence simply because there are limited options in Colorado City. If you want a honest mechanic go to Lehnes automotive specialists in Pueblo!

I'm a little late to review but a few weeks back on the way back home (like 700 miles) we had a tire pressure issue. These guys sorted us out and checked everything. Really appreciated the work and help and looking at the other reviews it's not a one off. Big thank you from the shi-rolla owners and spotting our old 2014 tire. All best ??
