AMAZING service!!!! They took over from a botched tow request . The customer service from the phone call to the tow truck driver was EXCELLENT. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Wes the driver was the most genuine and polite individual! He kept in contact with me and he took care of me in my time of need. I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. He is a stellar guy!! Good dude! One of there Drivers was tailgating me for miles I couldn’t move out out of the way. Cause there was a vehicle In front of me When I got out of the way, he continued to flip me off and continued his road. Rage going down the road. He had a customers car. Going 95 miles an hour down the interstate. I don’t know about y’all, but I wouldn’t trust someone going that fast with my property . Let alone a commercial vehicle. That’s not supposed to be going that fast, especially loaded. One wrong move the damage. This big vehicle can Cause

My vehicle was not drivable, and it needed to get to the certified dealership down in Grand Junction. Hyundai told me they had put in a request for a tow and the tow service would call me back. I was very surprised when it was less than 10 minutes. And they told me they were on their way. The young man was professional,polite and friendly. I've had a number of tow services i've dealt with over the years, but Dad's towing will be the only one I'll call if ever a next time. Thank you for the great service.
