I went in because I needed a piece for my radiator and didn't know what it was called. I asked the employees if I would be able to show them the part so we could order a new one. They refused. Refused to come to my truck with me (which was in their parking lot) so I can show him the part. Then I asked if he could pull up the radiator on their diagrams so I can show him that way. Again they refused and said they didn't do that. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Went over to O'Reilly across the street and they helped me without issues and I walked out with my part that was needed!
