We were traveling through the area in our RV and the turbo went out in the diesel engine. The employees were very helpful and quickly assessed the problem. They ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer for overnight delivery and allowed us to stay in our motorhome in the parking lot while we waited. The staff kept us up to date with the progress and took the time to explain each step to us. The staff were respectful and we very much appreciate how quickly they repaired the motorhome. Thank you.

We lost our transmission on the side of the road. We had our pickup towed to Slick Spot and crossed our fingers. Turned out to be the best place we could have hoped for. Knowledgeable mechanics figured it out immediately. The part was going to take several days and we were offered a pickup to get home in. Top Notch business!
