My car had a radiator hose pop off while I was in a drive through not far from this O'Reilly's. I duct-taped the hose back on & added water to drive her here. She was overheating so I couldn't drive home. They were patient & understanding about my situation. I was able to get the part I needed & the coolant at this O'Reilly's. One of the workers helped me get my car put back together so I could get her to a mechanic.

Went in to buy a battery and have it installed and no one offered to help one big guy said he had to mop the lady said I could use their tools and young guy was too busy playing on his phone, ill never be back for anything and I love O'Reilly's but this one on 136th is terrible! And yes I bought the battery and put it in because my car wouldn't crank is the only reason I spent money there. And yes I asked for help and didn't get it and im handicapped.
