Colchin Automotive has provided wonderful service to me and my boyfriend’s vehicles for several months. They have expertly cared for my Audi Q5 and his Honda Ridgeline, handling everything from oil changes to a complex timing chain repair. Prices are quite reasonable and are always on point with the quote. Jason calls to update work status so there are never any wait and wonder periods- which I appreciate. Always professional, they’re also friendly and welcoming. They always recognize us, and they are generous and helpful every visit. Colchin consists of a group of hardworking, trustworthy, very knowledgeable good people who are enjoyable to do business with and we highly recommend them.

I love coming to these guys. They always explain everything and will work with you at your price point to prioritize work in a way that works with you budget. In a day and age where everyone seems to be price gauging they remain honest and up front. All the people I have interacted with are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and eager to help you understand what your car needs without trying to upsell you (unlike every dealer). If anything they actually undersell (I think that's a thing). I had some heavy work done and was expecting a significant tag and it was $300 less than they quoted me. They could have charged me anyways and they didn't! That speaks to their integrity. I also want to highlight the super high quality work; I never doubt that have done what they say they are going to do or have to bring it back within a few weeks because my issue wasn't resolved. I want to highly recommend them.
