Best used car dealership hand down ! Not only have my husband and I purchased 3 vehicles from Saybrook Auto Barn , we also service all of them there as well. From the sales dept to the service dept we have had the best experiences there. From friendly to knowledgeable and then some, we highly recommend the Saybrook Auto Barn for all of you car needs! I've brought two of my vehicle here for maintenance checks. First one being a car I was buying. They found things the dealership did not disclose to me. My second one was brought in for a safety check as my daughter and grandchildren were getting ready for a long road trip. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The service manager Tj Mallon consistently gave me updates as the cars were being worked on. I highly recommend them for any service you need on your vehicles and I will be taking my cars there for any work that may be needed in the future.
