My Dad has been going their his entire life. The mechanics are very intelligent and don't rake you over the coals. Family runs the business with the 2 brothers as the mechanics and the office manager is the secretary. They fix what's wrong and tell you what your vehicle needs and the cost of repair before starting the job. They're busy, and you need to schedule an appointment because they're booked solid. Although if it's an emergency, they will work you in if you leave your car there so they can fit your car in between their scheduled appointments. They're very well known, and when you ask someone where they take their car it 9x out of 10, Roots. Nice group of people, polite, and will go over everything that needs to be done to your car. I feel my car is in the right hands when I leave my car here. I am always pleased with them every time I've gone to them.

Can't say enough good things about Roots Auto Repair. Renee at the front desk is so kind and caring. The boys in the back always do a throughout and professional job, never cutting corners or selling you something you don't need. You can really tell that getting your vehicle back on the road safely comes first. They always keep you informed and let you know exactly what is going on and what to expect. Taking your car to the shop is always anxiety producing but not with Roots, my family doesn't think twice about it. Highly recommend!
