I went to a well-known auto parts store across the US. Napa bought the higher cost battery charger. It’s a charge it solar 4735. tried using it a little bit later after I bought it it wasn’t working it kept flashing. I believe a two and a three wouldn’t charge for nothing took it back to Napa. They said yes it’s broken. I said well can I get my money back? What can I do? They said no after 30 days you’re done you can’t exchange it. Nothing can be done at this point. I said that’s very bad business and was speaking to the manager. He turned around. He had one of his guys look at and return it to me three days Confirmation said it’s working.. about weeks later tried to just use it over this weekend. Same thing piece of junk. I’ll be sending this response back to Napa also I will never buy a piece of equipment from Napa again.and I’ve spent thousands in Napa over the years, hoping to get quality items, but that isn’t the case here. Awesome company to get equipment from. I ordered a bendpak 2 post on a weekend and the next business day they called with delivery instructions and the lift came in super fast. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others looking for equipment
