They will make you sign a 3-5 year contract which will auto renew for another full term if you forget to send a written termination prior to the auto-renewal. Not sure why any company would try to handcuff you to them if they actually believe in their products/services. They send smelly, refurbished equipment to your office and if you're not satisfied, too bad. I understand a company having you sign an agreement, but auto-renewing without clear notification that your contract expiring and is set to auto-renew seems predatory and shady. Plus their equipment smells like sewage right out of the box.
