After we had to pull over off the FDR after hitting a giant pothole, Tyler drove to us and was kind, honest, and very helpful. He even checked in a few days later to ensure we had found a place to get a new tire. (The guy AAA sent had pulled up in a BMW, said “I can’t help you” and left. So glad we were able to find this alternative!)
