Called yesterday about releasing my truck — was told they “close at 1” even though it was 4 PM, so apparently clocks don’t exist there. I show up the next day at the Lawrenceville lot, and surprise — the place is shut down. A random driver outside says this happens all the time; they pretend to close early so they can squeeze out an extra day of storage. Professional, right? I call again and get some rude lady insisting my truck is “right there.” Funny, because I literally have pictures of the empty lot. She makes us drive all the way to Auburn to pay, only for them to say they take cash or Zelle like it’s 2008. Then, back to Lawrenceville again — and guess what? The truck magically appears. Inside, everything had been rummaged through and my cologne was missing. The mechanic couldn’t care less and told us to “call Shaniqua,” apparently the same rude lady. The lack of integrity and basic respect here is almost impressive. Police report already in progress.

I put Myles Wrecker Service to the test when they accepted to deliver a mini excavator to my residence. Don't be fooled by the name! I said to myself, if they can move an airplane, they can move an mini excavator! Here's the background... The mini excavator was stranded at a local shipping warehouse as the shipping service could not deliver it using a lift-gate due to its weight of around 2400 lbs. I previously communicated with the shipper to make sure they had the capacity to handle the excavator and they could not deliver at the 12'th hour. That's where Myles Wrecker Service (MWS) came to the rescue. Myles Wrecker Service is courteous, communicative, and very professional. We scheduled delivery and picked-up the mini excavator on a flatbed truck from the warehouse. They delivered it to my place on the morning of the next day. It was the only piece of equipment on the flatbed and resting prominently on a pallet. I looked at the excavator, then I looked at the driver, and I had no idea how the excavator would get off the truck without a forklift! I mentioned to the driver the excavator is brand new and I could not drive it off the truck as the fluids (hydraulic, engine, etc.) need to be verified. Game on! With a military mindset, they managed to flawlessly and carefully place the mini excavator on the road by tilting the flatbed with the use of harnesses and winches. After MWS left, I secured the mini excavator, unwrapped it, verified and topped the fluids, got it started an hour later, and drove it off the lot. I was extremely impressed by the ingenuity, professionalism of MWS! I call the event as "shock-n-awe!" and was done at a reasonable price. Hats-off to the driver, Game over, and Mission Accomplished! I definitely recommend Myles Wrecker Service and would hire them again! Thank you!
