Very dependable towing company with excellent customer service. I had to call them after my car suddenly stopped running on a busy afternoon, and they made the entire situation much less stressful than I expected. The driver arrived right within the estimated timeframe and immediately introduced himself in a professional and friendly way. He took extra care while loading my vehicle onto the truck and explained everything clearly before heading to the repair shop. I also appreciated how patient and respectful he was throughout the whole process, especially since I had a lot of questions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the pricing felt fair compared to other towing services I’ve used in the past. It’s hard to find companies that are both reliable and honest these days, but this one definitely earned my trust. I’d absolutely call them again if I ever needed roadside assistance in the future.

I called Mound Lift Towing and somebody answered immediately. Driver was there in 22 minutes through some variable Atlanta morning traffic near the connector approach, loaded the car on a flatbed, and delivered it to my mechanic near the Pittsburgh neighborhood. Made the meeting by rideshare. Car broke down on I-75 southbound near the University Avenue exits heading through the Summerhill area toward the Capitol View corridor on a Wednesday morning with a meeting downtown I absolutely could not miss.
