I took my vehicle into City Auto Body Shop I was directed to see Jeff he was so patient and professional he went out and took a look at my vehicle and gave me a reasonable quote and an itemize listing of what was needed and turn around time it would take to fix my vehicle. The prompt turnaround time was great. Jeff and his staff did a wonderful job to the rear bumper and back panel. Great job Jeff. Thanks again.

This body shop is amazing. I got quotes from other places around ATL for 8k+ to fix a dent in my car. They not only removed the wrap and fixed the area, they also painted it the original color of my car in case I ever want to fully remove the wrap. All for an extremely reasonable price and great turnaround time. I highly recommend this shop and Jeff who was very thorough and communicative. Thank you guys so much again!

Our SUV was rear-ended in a hit-and-run, and City Auto fixed the rear dent and replaced the lift gate. The insurance company was a nightmare to deal with, but Jeff took care of almost all of it and clearly went to bat for us instead of just blaming “the paperwork.” I always felt like we were in good hands: the repair looks great, he gave me updates when he could, and he was genuinely apologetic about delays even when they weren’t his fault. He’s a busy guy, so if you like regular status updates, ask for his cell and text for quick check-ins. I’d definitely use them again, even I hope I don't have to!
