empire parking is a scam. i had to pay to get a boot off my car which was placed there incorrectly. i paid for parking on roswell road for 3hrs which totaled to $15. however, i was charged $75 to take a boot off my car. tech #153 jordan was the person who told me that i needed to dispute the charge. but he couldn’t get the boot off my car without paying which insane. my parking hadn’t even expired! this company is a scam and fraudulent. i should’ve called the police.

Signs are very misleading and only ones stating they will boot are in the back corner where you can’t see them this is done on purpose the rest all say 2 hours max you can’t even walk on side walk without these people taking pictures of you saying you won’t shopping and then booting you even when you were shopping there… company is doing bad business waited over an hour to have removed but was booted in no time. Guy coming out was extremely rude and kept calling me big dog and that he would just leave the boot on he didn’t even care I had receipts and life 360 showing I never left the property other than walking on side walk. He just kept asking what store is that and it was one that was on the property. Company should be ashamed how they conduct business and stores/parking places need to look into to them before hiring because I won’t shop or get ice cream at this location again because of it. Even workers there came out to tell me they got booted there…Made a 30 minute parking spot $75 and almost 2 hours there. The location was mid town shops.

I had a very concerning experience with this booting company. I parked in a spot I have used before and returned within approximately 30 minutes to find my vehicle booted. Several other cars were parked in the same deck and went to the same location, and we all returned around the same time. However, only a few vehicles including mine had been booted. What was especially troubling was that the only vehicles booted appeared to belong to young Black individuals, while many other cars in the same area were left untouched. This raised serious concerns for me about selective enforcement. When I calmly asked for clarification, I was not given a clear explanation. The employee handed me her phone to speak with a manager, who seemed distracted and was speaking to someone else in the background during our conversation. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. Even after I agreed to pay the fee, the situation left me extremely uncomfortable. I believe policies should be enforced fairly and consistently, and this experience did not reflect that. I encourage anyone parking in this area to carefully review signage and document everything.
