Proceed With Extreme Caution – Thousands Spent, Issue Still Unresolved I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to share it publicly to help others avoid the same situation. I have brought my truck to this shop two separate times and have now spent over $8,000 in repairs and diagnostics. Despite this, my truck still has the check engine light on, and the original problem has not been resolved. What is most frustrating is that while the shop is extremely efficient at collecting deposits and payments, that efficiency does not extend to actually fixing the issue. Each visit results in more charges, more invoices, and more explanations — but no final resolution. If you bring the vehicle back after the first visit, you are charged another diagnostic fee of nearly $600, even though the same unresolved issue remains. At that point, you’re left with no clear path forward other than continuing to pay for repeated diagnostics on the same problem. The pricing is excessive, especially considering the outcome. Spending thousands of dollars and still leaving with warning lights on and no permanent fix is completely unacceptable. I’ve attached copies of the receipts to support everything stated in this review. These are facts, not opinions. This shop may have a polished billing and intake process, but based on my experience, there is a serious lack of accountability when repairs do not solve the problem. I strongly recommend anyone considering this shop to get multiple estimates, ask for written guarantees, and think very carefully before authorizing major repairs.

Our RV was NOT safe to drive. In fact, when we arrived at Myles Truck Repair, the wheels had to be chocked to prevent the RV from rolling. The crew at Myles communicated with us each step of the process. We now have a vehicle in which we can travel and make memories with our grandkids.

Had to get towed in because of DPF issues with my truck in a derate. And I left 3 days later with the exact same issues and a 6600 bill because they spent 3 days not fixing things that were not the issue. It was the ECM the entire time. And I tried telling that day one. They went from I need a part after part after telling me my truck would be ready this day and this day and it never was. Never even offered me a ride. I had to Uber around town 3 days. And find food and a place to stay. And charged me 1800 to tow my truck to someone who knows what they are doing. Here are pictures of my truck sitting outside of the shop waiting for a 1800 tow home. Because I refused to let them GUESS what was going on with my truck another day. The tow bill there and leaving home. Worst experience I have ever had as a owner operator. Set me back over 10,000 dollars in bills and missed work.
