I am extremely disappointed with this towing company as a business. Their policies are unclear, their pricing structure feels intentionally confusing, and there is a serious lack of transparency overall. The quote I received did not match the final bill, and when I asked for a breakdown of the charges, the explanation was vague and unhelpful. The company’s communication system is poorly managed with long hold times, inconsistent information, and no clear follow-up process. It feels disorganized from top to bottom. For a service that people typically need in urgent and stressful situations, you would expect efficiency and clarity. Instead, the experience added unnecessary frustration. A towing company should operate with straightforward pricing, clear policies, and reliable coordination. Unfortunately, this company falls short in all of those areas. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value transparency and professionalism.

It's a breath of fresh air to meet someone that enjoys what they do. Jeremy, my tow operator, is that guy. He arrived on time in a clean rig (you can tell someone takes pride in their work by how clean their service vehicle is) with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He was very careful with my vehicle while loading it up, took pictures to document no damage before departing and left with the same smile on his face. I highly recommend CSS for all your towing needs. I locked their contact in my phone and I'll be checking with them first for business and personal tows in the future. Thank you CSS for caring and having professional operators with great attitudes!!
