Automotive Collision Center in Cairo, Georgia, operated by Robert Nowell and Randy Johnson, is the worst body shop experience I have ever had. Except for the secretary, who was very kind and reminded me of my mother, the experience was completely unacceptable. This has nothing to do with her. I was quoted between $1,800 and $2,400 to repair my vehicle. My wife and I paid $3,500 total, including extra money to ensure the airbag light and check engine light would be fixed so the vehicle could pass DOT inspection for a rebuilt title. We also provided the $75 inspection fee. Later, they attempted to charge $7,700. After we hired an attorney to prepare a lawsuit, they stopped working on the vehicle entirely. My truck was never repaired, and we were effectively scammed out of over $4,000. They told us we had until February 5th to remove the vehicle or they would charge: • $50 per day storage fee • $150 gate fee • $150 administration fee Two tow truck drivers were denied access to retrieve my vehicle. I had to bring another driver personally to ensure I could recover what was mine. This was our savings, and the situation has been extremely stressful and unfair. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to think twice and protect yourself with everything in writing. IF GOD ALMIGHTY GAVE US ALL FOUR ARMS I WOULD GIVE THIS SHOP FOUR THUMBS DOWN ???? IN EVERY SINGLE GALAXY!!!!

Brought my truck here for rebuilt title inspection. Do your homework and make 110% sure you have everything before you come. They got me in and out fairly quick and made the process pretty easy!

Went in for a Florida rebuilt titled scooter that was bringing into GA. They sent the information and I put the down a deposit for the inspection and received an appointment date and time. The day by before I received a reminder text about my appointment and instructions to bring my Florida rebuilt title. Arrived on my appointment time early. I paid the balance for the inspection. The inspector checked the VIN and mileage against the title and did a standard safety inspection. Entire inspection lasted 30 minutes. Very efficient staff.
