I went to the establishment last week as in the past I had success. However, last week was not the same quality of care. I left my car with them after Advance said it was a starter. The week prior I put a new battery in the car. I thought it was an alternator and asked that it and the battery be check. The young man said it was a dead cell after 3 days of having the car. I got to my car 1.5 hours after the shop closed. I had a cord disconnected, connector for the neg portion of the battery wire missing, the nut that holds the battery screw in place, and the top of my door bent outward. I brought it to Walmart and after testing it close to an hour confirmed the battery was not faulty. I then had to get the nut for my car and connector at O'Reilly's. Trey knew I was coming to get my car that evening. I texted him and called him with no response to this day. My door allows rain and wind in it now. I contacted the shop owner (his father) who repeatedly states that his son would never do something like that and that he has to believe his son over me. I do NOT appreciate the lack of care and disrespect shown to me or my property.
