My family and I were evacuating to Tennessee from Savannah, GA due to hurricane Irma. I hit something in the road and it blew out two of my tires. Then, as I tried to pull over into a grassy area, I ended hitting a hidden curb, demolishing my wheel. But this was 11pm and we were still 180 miles from our destination. I was scared and anxious. My husband is a mechanic and was kicking himself for not having his tools. We had no idea where would find new tires in the middle of this night in this small town. Then I called Don Payne. I got in contact with Mr Kimble and offered us 2 tires and rims as long as my husband did the work. When asked how much we owed him, he shrugged and insisted that we not pay him much. He wouldn't accept anything extra. I definitely learned a lesson last night: first, about always "paying it forward" and second, the kindness of a total stranger can literally be an absolute life changing experience. Thank you, Don Payne Trucking and Towing for making a huge impact in my life and calming my anxiety through a very stressful situation.

My wife had a travel trailer get unhooked from the truck and roll backwards into a creek the runs under our driveway. It was so bad we couldn't get it out with 2 four wheel drives. After 2 hours of struggle I called Don and he came over immediately. It was very bad and he was able to get it back on the driveway with no damage! Excellent friendly service and great price!!
