I would like to take a minute to say a BIG Thank you to Drew at the Cleveland Auto Zone, I previously had went in the store about 2 months ago and he had help with me with a headlight I had out, I meant to right a review but got side tracked and forgot but I had to stop and get a wiper replaced due to someone not putting it on correctly yesterday and Cleveland is closer than dahlonega store anyway I was hoping that Drew was working cause he was so helpful with helping with my headlight and was so nice and didn't make me feel dumb like some do when you have no idea about cars or parts. But he was so knowledgeable and offered to help and would come and make sure I didn't need anything of help. I was able to do the headlight myself but he fixed the wiper for me and it's hard to find a young man that's willing to above and beyond to help a customer like he did. I will always be thankful for all his help and will most definitely return to the Cleveland store and ask for Drew for anything I need. AutoZone managers if you actually read these reviews you have a star employee in Drew. Hope he stays around along time. Thank you Drew for your help. Shanna and puppy zeak.

Ryan was my angel today! I had a flat tire in the parking lot of Auto Zone in Cleveland Ga and Ryan worked diligently until he replaced it!!! He saw that the jack I had was no good and he bought a floor jack from the store. After he replaced the tire, he asked me to pop my trunk and he gave me the floor jack. He was my Angel today and I will be forever grateful for that young man.
