DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. STOP NOW AND CALL CURT’S TOWING!!!! I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS COMPANY!!!! I was involved in a deer collision in Habersham County and this was the towing service dispatched to me. The young man who picked up my vehicle was incredibly kind and professional — truly the best part of the entire experience. He told us (in front of the officer) that we could call and come by the next day to retrieve our belongings and take pictures for insurance purposes. That is where it went downhill. The staff who answered the phone were the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in a business setting. We were told we could come get our belongings and then were refused access. The attitude, the tone, and the lack of customer service was astonishing. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told “he’s dead” and that his sons had taken over — and based on my experience, it shows. Picking up my belongings required unnecessary hassle and attitude. Paying my bill came with interrogation. Not assistance — interrogation. When I finally picked up the vehicle, I made it clear how unprofessional this operation is and notified them I would be filing a formal complaint with the sheriff’s department since they were dispatched through them. I immediately contacted Curt’s Towing afterward — they were outstanding, understanding, and had nothing but shared empathy for the number of negative experiences people have with this company. If I could describe this business in one sentence: it feels like someone handed the cast of Deliverance a towing company and told them to run it. The banjos were playing — loud. A company is a reflection of its leadership, and it’s clear that the values and standards the former owner built are not being upheld. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic courtesy turned an already stressful situation into an unnecessary ordeal. I would not trust this company with my vehicle again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They charge way too much better!! Only good reviews are from employees, friends and family!!if your ok with spending 300$ for less then 10mile towing and having your car stored in a rundown small lot then this is your place plus they where very rude!! I would give it no stars if it was an optional!! This is a real review unlike the rest!
