North GA Roadside LLC is absolutely amazing. Tom is incredible—he arrived within minutes and had my car unlocked quickly and professionally. Before finding Tom, it was extremely difficult to find anyone in North Georgia who could actually work with my OnStar subscription. Now, thanks to Tom, my OnStar subscription is finally extremely valuable. Fast response, reliable service, and someone who truly knows what they’re doing. We experienced a flat tire while in North Georgia and did a quick Google search hoping to find someone who could help. Thankfully we found Tom Sorensen with North GA Roadside LLC. Tom arrived within about 15 minutes, quickly changed our tire, and got us safely back on the road. On top of that, he connected us with a local shop that is fitting us in tonight for an alignment so we can make the 8-hour drive home tomorrow morning. He was quick, polite, professional, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation. Excellent service all around. We hope we never need roadside assistance again—but if we do, Tom will absolutely be the person we call.

Tom is amazing. We were staying in the mountains outside of Ellijay and discovered our flat tire on a Sunday morning - not the ideal day for this to happen. Tom trekked up the unpaved road, arrived shortly, changed our tire, provided us with excellent advice and put us in touch with Mavis once he got our spare on. He's a pleasure to work with and an all-around great guy!
