After this experience, if another towing company told me it'd be 2 hours before they could come and Dillard's told me 5, I'd still wait on Dillard every single time. He is without a doubt the best in the business, and goes WELL beyond the typical "above and beyond". He was so careful with the car, and he came out in the absolute middle of nowhere with a smile and plenty of reassurances that we'd get it towed somewhere that could fix it. 15/10 recommend!

I know it’s probably weird to say that I had a great experience getting my car out of impound, but I really truly did. The owner I met with gave me a very fair price and was really great to work with. He was very understanding of my situation and not judgmental. While obviously, I never wanna get my car impounded again… If I do, I hope it’s these guys who pick it up.

Kevin Dillard, owner/operator of Dillard Towing is amazing. My truck slid down our steep driveway between two trees and partially down an embankment and he pulled us out without issues. He was prompt, professional and I would highly recommend Dillard Towing to my own family and friends. We were desperate and he could have charged us a fortune, but he gave us a very fair price. I hope I never need towing again, but if I do, his number is saved.
