I visited SA Recycling for the first time this past Saturday to drop off my car, arriving at 11:50 AM, well before the closing time. As I pulled up to the scale, the young lady in the booth walked out. I asked her where I should go to drop off the car, and she informed me she was leaving early. I asked her who can help because Im here before the 12pm closing time. She just then kept walking off. I explained that I just needed to be weighed so I could drop off the car and mentioned that I was using a rental dolly that needed to be returned that day. And I asked if she could PLEASE help me. Despite this, she refused to help, repeating that she was leaving early. I asked if she could call someone else to assist, but she declined, saying her family was waiting on her and "I got to go" This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Her lack of courtesy forced me to keep the dolly rental for the entire weekend, costing me unnecessary time and money. I will not return to this site and cannot recommend it to others. A little professionalism and consideration would have gone a long way in making this experience better.

Overweight! Big rig loading. Pull into scale. Get out, might wanna have a safety vest. Check in at shipping, can't miss the sign. Give them your PU, truck and trailer number. You'll live load one block up the road. They will over load you in the trailer tandem. Go to cat scale. Their scale isn't good. Then get re worked only to get loaded heavy again ?

Straight to scale then u turn in yard. Drive out to the left @ the same entrance.. L@ Whitley Way, the 1st street on the left. Load at BLDG on left at corner of Whitley Way & Lakewood Nice folks. EZ & Quick loading
