I pulled in after traveling from Stockbridge to Hwy 29 with a loud noise coming from the bottom of my vehicle. I was scared but had to drive across town due to prior arrangements. A helpful employee explained that my undercarriage was dragging. He removed it and put it in the trunk so I could return to Eagle's Landing Car Spa. I never returned because if they didn't do it right the first time why would I believe they will the next time? Thanks staff at Cici's.

They got me in and out after I drove there with no appointment . I’d noticed a nail in my tire and wanted to fix it on the fly. They were the nearest tire shop to my location at the time, and they only charged a small fee in comparison to other places. Both gentlemen were kind during my waiting time, which was no longer than about 10 or 15 minutes.
