Positively amazing, over my 50 plus years of driving I've had many needs for towing, This was my first one for a winch, these guys were right on time, as a matter of fact, they were 10 minutes early, you know that's unheard of! There were two men. They assisted each other well. They explained to me what they were going to do, and it was as simple as that. They hitched my truck up to the winch began the process carefully and slowly and in less than 3 minutes the truck was out of the mud from down in the ditch and back up on the driveway, I couldn't thank them enough, they were professional and acted precisely as a team. The job was done in a timely fashion with kindness and empathy towards the situation that I had created with my husband for driving a Tacoma off our driveway and into our woods! This will be the only service I use, Joshua and Joe were the names of the gentleman that came to my rescue, and they will be the ones I ask for, if, heaven forfend, I need help like this again!

Thank you Youssef for such a smooth process. Easy, quick and highly efficient. They got my car towed in under 2 hours, their response time is amazing. The driver was very friendly and very knowledgeable. All in all, as a business owner myself, other business owners know this as well, when our own service car breaks down, we must do anything and everything to fix asap, and I’m glad I could find a company like tick tock towing, that is prepared and gives me the ability to save as much time as possible. Great service and great people. I was stuck with a damaged tire and a few tire shops turned me away, but the driver from Tick Tock Towing really helped me out. He took the time to find a shop that could replace my tire and made sure I got there without any issues. Super friendly, patient, and professional. He honestly made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Tick Tock Towing.
