A pleasant experience overall. The staff are very calm but not off-putting or rude. At the entrance, is the main building, where you submit your receipt to receive your payment. But don't go there first. You have to go past the pay window/main building and drive around the scrap metal house building to drop off your scrap metals first. Same place, just a little further down. From there, they'll give you a receipt of all your metals. Itemized and weighted. Then you go back to the pay window to submit your receipt and receive your cash. They do ID and take your photograph in accordance with the law. So don't forget your ID or your smiling face. I don't have much to complain about. Got a decent payout for a few bags of scrap.
