I'd like to begin by expressing that if it were possible, I would give this company a perfect rating of 10 stars. The tow truck operator, due to the limitations of his vehicle's configuration, was unable to accommodate me, my son, and my grandson. However, instead of leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere until a taxi arrived, he went above and beyond by contacting his colleague to provide us with a ride to our intended destination. Both the tow truck operator and his coworker displayed exceptional professionalism and genuine care. They have become my go-to contacts for any future towing needs. Impressively, they even followed up with a text message 3 1/2 hours later to ensure that we had made it home safely. This unexpected gesture truly exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this company is of the highest caliber, boasting outstanding employees.
