Bryant called me and asked me to texted him the addresses of where to pick my car up and where to take my car. After waiting for a couple of hours, I called Bryant back and asked what was going on and he said my insurance called and canceled the tow. I talked to my insurance company and they said Bryant called and canceled because he couldn't get in touch with me, this is after sending the addresses. He never did call back. I don't recommend his service because he is a liar and he will have u stranded on the side of the road and that is very dangerous

After a few mixups with my insurance company, they connected me to Mr. Hines. Mr. Hines was very professional and had awesome communication with both, my husband and I. If there was a delay due to traffic he made us aware of this delay. Mr. Hines delivered my car safely to my home and safely placed it in the driveway as requested. We look forward to working with Mr. Hines again.
