I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I recently brought my Porsche in for service, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Finding a shop you can trust with a high-performance car isn’t easy but these guys absolutely delivered. They were professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and treated my car with the level of care and precision you’d expect for a Porsche. No upselling, no surprises…..just honest, high-quality work. If you’re looking for a shop that truly respects your vehicle and stands behind their work, I highly recommend them. My Porsche is in great hands here, and I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank You!

I am very pleased with the sevices i received at European Auto Care. Communication and transparency was great from the start. They sent me pictures, videos and explained everything that was wrong with the car. Rick was awesome and updated me on every step of the repair process. Prices are very reasonable for european car repair shops. Very honest and upfront about what to prioritize in terms of repair. Great experience overall!

My car broke down while I was driving. I google this shop. I was told they would have time to check out my car for a few days. They gave me recommendations to other shops that would be able to service me faster and said if you don’t get in contact with them give us a call back. I spoke with the other shops and decided to just give European a call back based on the phone customer service. From there I was given multiple numbers to tow company’s that could get me off the highway and bring me to the shop. The front staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. The communication from the time I dropped of my car, until I received it has been amazing. They were able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed, and begin ordering the parts and starting the repairs faster than when I was told. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Nobody wants to go to mechanics or have mechanical breakdowns, but if you have to go through it. You want to know the work will be done correctly the first time with no scamming and price gouging involved. Thank you European and Domestic Auto Care you made this unexpected unfortunate experience a pleasant one.
