I am agreeing with some of the previous reviewers. This place is a total disaster, not very organized ,very cramped up, we could barely get in there with a trailer, bad customer service and the employees there seem like they don’t even want to be there. It’s a waste of time coming here.

I don't know who gave all these fake reviews I went there today that place was just two steps away from hell almost got my truck hit two times no room to turn the most organized place I ever seen in my life fair warning don't go there go

For several years this was the place to go however the past three or four times that I’ve been it has been a total disaster. First off I’ve had to back my truck and trailer back out of the scale because they don’t have it cleared out so you can loop. Secondly, there used to be guys there who if something was too heavy for you to get by yourself they would offer to help. Now normally I don’t need help but the last time I was there before today I was struggling it, was close to time for them to close, and there was four employees standing around & not one of them offered to help. Then today I had less than a half a truckload. It would’ve taken me 10 minutes to unload. However, when I pulled up some guy grabbed the closer sign and pulled the gate to the scale closed because it was not closed yet and I tried to explain to him that I didn’t have a lot to no avail. I’m pretty sure it was lost in translation bc it was obvious that he didn’t speak very much English. For years, I’ve loved this place. The Latino man that runs the small scale, then there was Tara inside giving you your cash and there was always someone helpful there. I don’t know what’s happened but the past three or four times have been a disaster please tighten up so that I can come back and enjoy this place otherwise I’m gonna have to just take my business somewhere else. Edit: Tara’s gone the Latino man running the small scale told me just this past week. Also the last two times I’ve been they’ve been way more helpful and polite…. I still feel like some of the nostalgia that I have for the old way and people will always let me see it in a different light but for now they’re at least trying to make an effort.
