Asked them to pull my vehicle out of a ditch. When they were done and gave me a price they said $450. I had to run down the street to get my money ( less than 800ft), and before I could get back they were towing it to their company and charging me $700. I flagged the driver down and asked him not to tow it to the tow yard and he said for $500 in cash he would let it down. When I was going to pay with half cash and half credit card he said that wouldn't work and called the cops on me. The cops made me leave. SO BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE CROOKED DRIVERS. POCKETING MONEY. I called the company later acting like I had a vehicle stuck in a ditch and asked for a quote and they said it would be $150. I am disabled and live off a disability check every month and I can't afford to pay $700 to get the truck back and so I have just had my truck stolen from me by chance towing and the Rockdale county sheriff's office. Now I can't keep my dr appt. That I need to keep my life sustaining illness under control. I can't even go to the grocery store.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I was rear ended and the police decided this was the best (hahaha) place in the area to use. I called the next morning. My car had been there for about 13 hours at the time. The told me it’ll be $588 and gave me a long list of things to bring as is my car was stolen and I wasn’t the victim in the wreck. I asked what the $588 was for and the rude lady at the desk says “well how do you expect us to pay our workers?” She then goes on to explain some BS about having to “clean the scene” and that was also apparently my fault and cost. She was soooooo nasty and unprofessional…….racist. Both of my sisters called to get clarification on the cost and she tried to argue with them instead of just answering our questions and showing some empathy. Once I got into my car, I realized that my Stanley was missing. Please remove anything that means something to you before using them. They steal out of your car also. I do NOT recommend. It is not worth it. These people are horrible

Terrible they have poor business practices. My truck and trailer was towed from grocery store parking lot. They stole truck and trailer without any notice and did not follow the procedures of towing. They did not notify me, my company nor did they report it to the local police. It was picked up at 12 in the afternoon and was not put in the system until 10:30am the next day. I reported it stolen. GPS later showed it was towed an hour away from pickup location. I asked for the reporting information to verify that it was a legitimate request for tow but the office lady refused saying she didn’t know what file the report was in and wasn’t going to look. I advised her that according to state law and code I was I titled to request proof she kicked me out the office and told me I needed to come back another day. I filed a complaint. If you won’t show me proof you will have to prove it to the state or pay me my money.
