My car was damaged in these people’s trust and damaged right in front of me when I was waiting for the staff to bring my vehicle out so it could be towed to my home. My passenger mirror broken, scratches to my front bumper on both sides and the man that was pulling my vehicle off of the forklift out of there dump of an establishment managed to pull my damn bumper off and damaged the plastic covering underneath my car and I get a phone call from I’m assuming is the “manager” and she basically said well my car wouldn’t have gotten damaged if I was able to drive it off the lot. How did my vehicle get in there?!?! by them with their forklift bc a tow truck isn’t making into their lot riddled with rusty loose metal pieces and pieces of peoples broken car. She continued to gaslight me and say well that happened outside of our lot and it was a “courtesy” that the man put my bumper back on when he pulled it off!! I inquired about my mirror being broken and she said there is no way they could’ve done that when I watched them moving peoples cars to get to my car without a care in the world which makes me believe that they did the same with my vehicle. She proceeded to tell me about an “car report” that the staff does when a car is processed and literally listed the damages that I stated in the email but the only difference was it said the mirror was “cracked” which it was prior to arriving but that was it and a couple minor scratches and dings but my mirror is “broken” now and she proceeds to say cracked and broken is used interchangeably, where did you get your education? Is cracked glass the same as broken glass? I asked for this said report to be sent to me and of course she can’t send it. I asked for before and after pictures of my car from when it was picked up and dropped off to them, “we don’t require them to do that” why not?? I paid these people close to $700 just for me to get my car back worse than I left it and of course it’s nothing they can do. I just pray they don’t come across a real crazy person :)

If I could rate this place lower, I would. The issue isn’t even about my vehicle being impounded — it’s about the complete lack of professionalism and compassion from the staff. On November 10, 2025 (between 1pm and 6pm), the woman at the front desk showed an attitude that was uncalled for. I had to arrange for my car to be picked up since I was out of town, and instead of helping make the process smoother, she was rude, sarcastic, and uncooperative. She even brought out the wrong vehicle multiple times and, when politely corrected, threatened to call the police on my son — who was nothing but respectful. Even over the phone, her tone was unnecessarily harsh. I understand that this type of work can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating people poorly, especially when they’re already dealing with a difficult situation. A little patience and understanding go a long way. If I could post the video on how she was talking to him I would.. I’ll definitely figure it out on another platform.

If I had the option to choose less than 1 star, I most certainly would. The customer service here is terrible. I mean the worst. The young lady who works at the front desk is simply rude and borderline disrespectful. Maybe she’s just having a bad couple of days. No need to worry. In a few years, I’m certain AI will find a way to replace her with some automated robot or system that is kind, informative , not nasty or rude. Hopefully by the time that happens she will have found some value in actually having a job. I blame the owner. And for everyone’s information, one of her colleagues identified her as being one of the rudest employees they have. Customer Service is an art. This lady just doesn’t seem happy to have a place to work.
