Big thanks to Will Gibby over at HD Truck Repair and Services LLC in Jackson, Ga . I was having issues with my 12 speed auto . So I limped the truck 200 miles from Alabama all the way to the shop in Jackson, Ga . They allowed me to watch them take my trans apart and see the issues with it . Mtm , repairs to the back box and a clutch later we are back on the road . Already on my second load and it shift a lot smoother then before . Not too many shops you can trust but this one is definitely one of them . Price was super reasonable as well . They do more then just transmissions

I don’t know what I can start it. This is a great wonderful place for tracker Very professional all of employee you feel like you are on your family hand . They’re not like the others they are totally different. I’ve been driving a truck almost 10 years. I never seen a people like them a fair price and I waste your time there I changed my transmission within three hours. Down, they put it back the new one. Eathond endura transmission specially ( well ) thank you guys . whenever I need now, I can call you guys I can come This is a real Christian people they not lie to you guys. Now they are my family as soon as when I get out within three hours, I got another load and I start driving straight without nothing problem If you guys need a professional transmission and a differential job, I recommended you guys? I have a 2019 Kenworth T680, and on my way to pick up a load I got a transmission fault. The truck eventually gave up, so I had it towed to HD Truck Shop. While waiting for the wrecker, I called the shop and spoke with Darrell. I explained the situation and how important it was for me to get back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward, professional, and reassuring from the start. Luckily, they had all the parts in stock, and they ended up replacing the clutch, clutch actuator, harness, and rear main seal. The truck was towed in Tuesday around noon, and I got it back Wednesday at 4 PM—that turnaround alone speaks volumes. Before choosing this shop, I had already come across their Facebook page and watched their work. The quality and attention to detail were impressive, and now I can say firsthand that it absolutely lives up to what they show. I highly recommend HD Truck Shop.
