I visited this O’Reilly Auto Parts location over the weekend and had an outstanding experience. The young lady, with tattoos and glasses, who assisted me provided excellent customer service with kindness, professionalism, and a big smile. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and even offered insightful suggestions that were very helpful. When I returned the following Monday, I noticed the same young lady training a new team member. She did an exceptional job demonstrating what questions to ask and what details to look for. Her leadership skills were impressive, and whether or not she currently holds a managerial position, she certainly deserves to! Because of her outstanding service and professionalism, I will continue visiting this location for all my auto parts needs. Highly recommended!

I stopped in to see if someone could assist me with changing the battery in my key fob. A young man named Cortez Jones promptly greeted me with a smile, was kind, helpful, and professional. Good job hiring folks like him! I'll definitely be back.

Everyone was very nice and helpful there, especially Cortez! He went out in the cold and dark to install my new battery for me and really helped me get out of a jam before the oncoming winter storm. Definitely recommend them!
