Make sure your apartment is not partnered with this company, because they will tow your car—even from the complex you live in—if your vehicle registration isn’t visibly displayed. My car was towed after I had just returned it from an impound. I parked it after a long day and did not think the apartment would allow towing, especially since they never told me I needed to check in with them after updating my tags, even though my car is fully registered with the state. I dealt with this company on a drop fee incident and I was given only two options: cash or Zelle. No card option, no other legally recognized payment methods. This is especially concerning because Georgia law requires tow companies involved in non-consensual tows to accept cash, and conditioning release on limited or unapproved payment methods is not lawful. This felt extremely predatory and coercive, taking advantage of residents in a stressful moment with no transparency or proper consumer protections. I was effectively forced to pay on the spot to avoid losing access to my vehicle. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies and would strongly caution others to know your rights before dealing with this company. Practices like this should not be happening.
