Do not waste your time with this place whatsoever, my AC had been out for about a year, they did a diagnostic and said I had a hole in my AC condenser and it would cost about $670 to fix it. I agreed and scheduled a time, they had my car for a few days and when I picked it up the AC seemed to work. A day and a half later it went out again, I drove it back & they said they didn't see any issue with it, but assured me it was running now. A couple hours later I got a call from the mechanic asking if he had left a set of keys underneath my hood, he had, and drove to my house to pick them up. A day later the AC was out again, this time they said it was a leak in my AC lines and assured me that for $300-$350 more they could repair them. I scheduled a time & confirmed with them and drove there on the confirmed date. I dropped off my car for the day and once again spent money on uber to get me home. When I showed back up to the shop around 4 they said that they couldn't get it in that day and I would have to bring it back again. They also mentioned I had a coolant leak and it was leaking into my heater core and they could fix it but they'd have to go to through the glovebox. I told them I couldn't afford that and just wanted the AC to be fixed. I set another date for the AC lines to be fixed and during that time I noticed a crack on my dashboard leading to the glovebox and noticed the glovebox was no longer was latching (I had never had an issue with this before). A day later, my glove compartment completely fell out (pictures attached). I called them and asked if they had gone in my glove compartment and they denied they had. I was frustrated, but I brought the car back a couple days later, so they could resolve the AC issue and move on. When I showed up there was a new lady working the front desk & she told me in all of the 15 years of her working there, she had never known them to repair AC lines, but I could order new lines for more money. I agreed reluctantly and a few days later once again dropped my car off for the new AC lines to be attached. After another day without my car and spending more money on Uber to get around, I showed up at the shop at 4 again, hoping it was finally finished. They told me they had ordered the wrong AC lines and that they weren't even sure if they could find the correct ones. I asked to talk to the owner and upon calling him and asking him what the deal was, he was rude, aggressive, and confrontational, saying it wasn't his fault and that my car was just old and that I couldn't expect him to drop everything to fix it. A few days later, I got a call from the original woman behind the desk and she told me they actually could in fact get the AC lines repaired. I took it to the shop again, dropping it off for the day, when I picked it up I felt hopeful that this issue was finally resolved and paid the remaining couple hundred dollars. The next morning my AC was out again, I was in disbelief. I took it back and the owner examined it and said I need a whole new compressor which would run me another $6-700 & that may not fix it and there could be more leaks in the AC lines which could also be a couple hundred dollars more. After a month of bringing my car back in the shop for a total of about 8-9 times and spending money on uber/arranging for family to pick me up, missing work, & spending $1000 in total, I had no AC & a broken glove box. I was reasonable through this whole process and treated the employees with respect and courtesy, but if you're thinking about taking your business here, think again. .

My daughter and her husband and I have been so pleased with how we have been treated by Kristin, Sandy, Lewis and the crew at Crenshaw. My daughter just had an A/C issue with her older car and they took care of it even tho it was quite difficult. We've used them 8-10 times and will return. Thanks, Bruce

Had a great experience recently when I had to take my truck in because the brakes and power steering went out. Originally had it at another place and they were quoting me twice as much as I got it done at Crenshaw. Had it back in a couple of days which was faster than I thought it would be done. And since I only lived a mile away they dropped it off at my house.
