I'm at a loss with this place. They have had my truck for close to a month. I have called, I have stopped by, and nothing. They have initiated ZERO contact. When I stopped by to ask what was going on, I was told the person who could update me was out and would call me in 15 minutes. That was two weeks ago. Quite honestly, the guy sitting at the desk, who I assume was a mechanic, looked visibly annoyed that I asked for an update when they had already had my truck for a significant period of time and had not bothered to let me know anything. I'm simply asking that my truck, which is my property that they have had for close to a month now, be repaired and returned to me. And that someone contact me with a plan and a timeframe. I don't think that's an unreasonable request. I've had to resort to a Google review because I see they actually respond to these. They sure don't answer the phone, respond to voice mails, or make phone follow up phone calls. I'm disappointed because they came highly recommended and I trusted them with my truck, which I love. It's very special to me. I'm willing to update this review if they resolve this problem. I just want this fixed and I want my truck repaired and returned. This is no way to do business. At the moment this is a serious let down.

And I am satisfied as a customer.the people at car tech I would highly recommend these people to anybody who has a luxury car The pricing is decent and I am please with the service customer service was great in my experience also was a great one. Also might I add that the first place that I took my car to was car doctors in Athens and they charged me three times more than car tech to fix my car I wasted my time with car doctors they are overpriced and again car tech the service was fast and I appreciate the work that they have done on my car I give them five stars
