Liar and Thief!! Ordered a BMW x5 steering wheel airbag. The item came in and the emblem had a dent on it. I notified Victor right away. He said to ship it back, and he would refund me minus a restocking fee. I disagreed about that since he sent me a faulty item. I already paid to ship to me and to ship back to him. He’s a liar and a scammer and has been ignoring me. He took my money and he has the product. Don’t do business with them.

SCAMMERS & FRAUD – AVOID BMW BUY PARTS! I had a terrible experience with BMW Buy Parts (6443 Warren Dr NW, Norcross, GA 30093) and I strongly advise against doing business with them. I purchased an engine from them that was misrepresented and not what I was told it would be. They conveniently left out crucial information, and once I discovered the issue, they refused to offer a refund or even an exchange. Their customer service is nonexistent—once they take your money, they don’t care about resolving any issues. They don’t stand by their products, they don’t disclose refund policies at the time of purchase, and they make excuses instead of taking accountability. I’ve had to file a formal complaint and will be pursuing legal action if they refuse to resolve this matter. If you’re looking for BMW parts, do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable. These guys will take your money and leave you with junk parts and no way to fix their mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM BMW BUY PARTS!
