Two hour wait to find out they couldn’t repair my tire. I get work order but there has to be a more intentional way for ensuring customers feel set for success early on. Also, the customer service team at the front were very uninviting. They could care less about actually helping people. No resources for financial support were given, nor a thanks for giving them a try. The mechanic cared more about helping me that he recommended me to a place better than them, so I can actually get supportive service.

I've been going to this Firestone location for years. It's always hard to find a service place you can trust nowadays especially when you move to a new city, but this location has made it a great experience. The entire team is great, especially Byron, Justin, Mike and Kirby! If you ever need maintenance or your car fixed, this is your go-to place. Thank you for always taking care of me!
