Took my diesel to get batteries tested he said I would have to disconnect them (what happened to them replacing them ) I was going to buy 1 or 2 batteries so I told them I will go somewhere else that guy needs to be fired and he seemed to be the one in charge had a high school girl that changed my battery in my other truck and she had nails done for prom for the next night he is a poor excuse for a worker I will not be doing business in Reidsville anymore I will drive 30 miles to another parts store

I give it 3 stars b/c the last few trips where I purchased wheel bearing for my dodge. The guy behind the counter sold me wheel bearings & seal without asking me what ratio my truck was. Instead he just grabbed one which ended up being the wrong size and ended up eating my axle up a good bit.. if ya need help anything ask for the asst.manager if possible.. That little lady knows her parts and shs not trying to rush you out the store like most of the guys up there.
