Went to sign in to unload and all I was told was to write in and out weights on paper then he walked away to talk to another person. Came back over to ask what else I needed, told him a door. I docked and went back in after sitting for 30 mins (I was the only driver there) and waited for another 20 inside while they all were in break room. Finally they came out and another guy comes to me and explains what to do with paperwork. He seemed cranky. Waiting 15 more mins and they finally stated. Took about 45 mins to unload.

As previously stated pull onto the scales, exit your truck to use intercom you have to hold the button to talk. The older lady was a bit grumpy but hey maybe she us a nice person outside of work but the loading is fast and trouble free. If you are going load here get here by 4pm EST or you will be turned around. If you load like I did after 3pm go ahead and take that 10 unless you are going north. You will never get through ATL this time if day.

When you arrive pull up on the scale. Then get out and press the button on the speaker. You will have to press the button everytime you speak. They will get your weight. Once that's done (if your delivering a load) you drive around back and park the trailer on the other side of the pond. Personally I felt it was really tight and wasn't sure I could get it into the right spot. Found a safe place to put the trailer. Talked too the yard dog he said that it was not a problem. A lot of people do that because it is really tight. Once you drop the empties are on the other side of the yard. Hook pull back onto the scale. Get weighed and then go in and get your paperwork. On a fun note, I use to drive for Burlington Motor Carriers back in the early 90s. They had one of their trailers parked back there foe storage I guess. Considering BMC doesn't exist anymore 8P
