After a wreck, my vehicle was taken here. I called the next day to verify and although the shop was opened, she told me to call back. I called back and she was still swamped and asked me to call back again. I went ahead and came up to the shop And gave them my report information and my ID. She instructed me where my vehicle was and that I could get all the things out. I did. I told her I was leaving when I came back up. I really had no issues. I was expecting not to have any issues as the task is quite simple. I wasn’t charged. I’m glad I was able to get my things out of the vehicle at the crash site now that I’ve read the reviews. I know that some people, due to injury and the severity of damage, won’t be able to remove their personal belongings and I’d hate for them to come back here, and the things are gone. All of the doors are unlocked to all the vehicles out there and we are instructed not to go through anyone’s car. I can imagine people on the come up when they see items in a damaged car, they will probably take it every time. The tow truck guy on the scene told me I could leave everything in the car because I could just go get it from the tow yard, again-I’m glad I was physically able and took my valuables out. My vehicle was placed a bit close to the next vehicle in the tow yard, making it hard to get everything out of the vehicle from one particular door. The lady upfront was nice to me.

My SUV was stolen and wrecked. This company towed it. Once I found out where it was, I called and spoke with Mike. He was nice and gave me all the info I needed. When I got there, I worked with Amanda. She was nice and I had a positive experience even though the situation was not. All of our belongings, including cash was still in place. Thank you for helping me.

Scientific Method

Poor customer service. I rather have my auto stolen than have it towed by a company that doesn't care about its clients over it own convenience. What every you do do not I repeat do not ask them for a favor because the will not even check on a car with vauble to see if even after hours on a Saturday at 3 pm Sad for them but they lost a potential customer for life who's going to next week to obtain his used car dealer licence. What the odds I will need a tow company contact to pick up my vehicles that are under warranty. That right it will not be Swanson you been hosed by that is the winning bid for the contact. What comes around goes around and the lazy lady answering the phone is to lazy ro look up the the inventory just to let me know if I was talking to right tow truck company that tow my college's car with o
