I came from Alabama to visit my sister when I noticed a noise coming from my trucks front wheel area. Called all around had no luck as it was the day after Christmas. So when I got an answer here, I shot on over and they got me in and out in less than 20 min since it was a simple fix. Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. 10/10 recommend!

Back in 2024, I took my Nissan Armada up to Ricky Jordan's Auto Repair because the catalytic converters were bad. Within 2 to 3 days the parts were ordered (at my approval/go ahead) and my car was ready for pick up. A year or less later, my check engine like came back on. I took it back here, not away of what was wrong. My car was there for a week but once the part was ordered 2-3 days my car was ready for pick up. I spoke with Jim and he let me know that my car was still under warranty. My car was repaired at no cost and the check engine light has not come back on. I am so grateful for this trustworthy auto repair shop. They are quick and great at communicating.
