They do honest amazing work. Replaced door and removed dent from rear quarter panel. They did an awesome job and I would recommend to any others and would also use again! They are on the expensive side but are definitely worth the price. I would go to them over anybody else for the amount of quality work they do! They are also very friendly and good and honest peoples.

This unfortunately is my second time using Watts. All I can say is that their team is great. They encouraged me to check in periodically on the progress of my vehicle and were very upfront with the time it will take and how they do things. I believe they were honest due to their experience with how parts are received after they order them. My truck looks like it came off the showroom floor once again. It's the worst job i have ever seen on a vehicle. Spot in the paint had to be corrected but can still see it. The mirror they put on whistles in the wind like crazy They put the model letters back on crooked with the body line They said they couldn't find the decals, but i did for them and told them to replace both but they didnt so i got one shiny and one old, if insurance wouldnt pay i would have, but they didnt even reach out to me. Had it for a month all for a door. Never again.
