Great service called when our truck broke down. My wife and I were stranded, they responded immediately and we're there in short time and towed our truck. Along with us to the dealership. For repair. Very polite,respectful and quick to get the job done. Thank you for a job well done

Quickest and friendliest service I have ever had in an extremely stressful situation! The young lady I spoke to on the phone was super sweet and Steven who came and towed my truck was prompt and so kind! I appreciated it so much when my whole day had just been ruined!

I was helped by an employee named Anthon I was not the one in need but I had a friend that I had just met she needed service in that she needed to get back into her vehicle and Anthon what is the one that showed up for unlocking her car. He went above and beyond and was excellent at what he did and he already sounds like he has a five-star rating just how he is as a person and as a specialist and I would like to continue that rating for him and if he is not already rated five stars this will be added to his repertoire. I appreciate his service and his attention to each of us ( My friend and I ) as we were trying to get her back on the road after her stop that she was at. Anthon also texted me as I requested after I had to leave before everything was finalized after she got in the vehicle And this was appreciated because I asked him to let me know of anything needed to be done or if she was all squared away and to make sure that she was taking care of to let me know of the status after I had to leave. And Anthon was courteous enough and professional in getting back to me afterwards and then following up after that night the next day to make sure everything was still kosher on everyone's end financially and for her (my friend) and for Schaffers towing as well. You have an excellent employee in Anthon, and this review is a little couple days late but I told him I'd leave him one because he deserved it, in everything he did.
