I was buried in a field at a job site in Hayden and called a big towing company to pull me out. Kid show up and from the get go he is like oh no, I can’t get into the field I’m 12000lbs there’s no way. Then comes up with all these these things and finally say we need a skid steer to get it out, ummm ok. $1200, ouch but ok. Walk back up and then he comes back up says updated price $2029, at this point I say nope, bye. I called On My Way and this family owned family run business from the get go put me at ease. The mom said the Dad and son were coming back from rescues on the pass and would call me within the hour, 20 minutes later I get a call back and they were dropping off the car and will be right there. Seth was there within the hour and was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. We walked down and looked and I told him the same as I told the kid, which Seth looked to be close to the same age but anyway, told him my buddy and drove on the grad side and didn’t break through and could get within 110 ft. He says no problem let’s go. He drives down turns around pulls me out no problem and I’m out. We get up top and I say how much? $256 he say, huh? $2029-$256=$1,773.00. I gave him $300, probably should have gave him more thinking back but… I will never use any other towing company other than On My Way Towing and neither should you. Let that crazy priced big Hayden company stick to towing there semis, but always use OMW for any other need. Thanks Seth, you Rock

I literally cannot BELIEVE how wonderful this company is! The last thing I needed was car trouble, and I was literally clinging on by the last thread of my sanity and Seth came out to help me. He was actually the most kind, helpful and caring gentleman I've met in a long time. He went completely out of his was to help me and I will be forever grateful to him, his father, and this company. I am not surprised by the 5-star reviews at all. I didn't need a jump; I ended up needing a tow on a Sunday evening, and Seth took such great care of me. They deserve every bit of success they have. I wouldn't want to call anyone else. Also, not only was their service AMAZING, but they are also much more reasonably priced than anywhere else in the area. Thank you, Seth & OMW Towing.
