Micky was my tow driver. He was a super big help and managed my car with great care and made sure there was no damage. I have a lowered car so towing it has always been a little difficult. Great work sir!

BEWAŔE!!! On November 21, 2025 at approx. 4pm. Hwy 30's good reviews must be rigged!! I parked my newer diesel truck across the street from the Mustard seed on Main Street in Twin Falls, Idaho like I have hundreds of times over the last 5 years. I went into the Mustard Seed to look around. I was in there for approx. 30 to 40 minutes. When I came out a Hwy 30 flatbed tow truck had my diesel truck half loaded after dragging my truck approx. 10 to 12 feet while in park. I have pictures of the skid marks. Some low life guy that apparently lives in the low end apartments acoss from the Mustard seed had called Hwy 30 towing stating my truck was blocking the driveway entrance. This driveway entrance was at least 20+ feet wide. The rear of my truck was 3 feet in on one side and was not blocking any ingress or egress. This driveway entrance is rarely even used. The skid marks were plane as day where the tow truck driver pulled my truck while it was in park. It is common knowledge not to drag a vehicle while in park because of the severe damage it can cause to a transmission, differential and tires. This tow truck driver obviously did not care about destroying a 50 thousand dollar trucks running gear. Then this tow truck driver demanded I pay him $100 to release my truck or he would complete towing it off. I asked him for a receipt. He said I would have to go to Hwy 30 main office to get a receipt...WHAT?? I should have called the police. As for the man who called Hwy 30 towing on me. He is lacking in the brain in the human compassion department. He came out while the tow truck driver was there trying to justify his stupidity and being so inhumane. Do not use Hwy 30 towing or any of their auto repair services etc. BAD NEWS!!!

While traveling thru Twin Falls ID, (pulling a Travel Trailer) I applied my brakes and heard a horrendous grinding noise along with jerkiness coming from the rear of my truck. After determining it wasn’t something I could fix, I called several mechanics. This was a Friday afternoon around 4pm. All the numbers I called either didn’t answer or I got an answering machine, except for Highway 30 Garage. They were able to come and tow truck and trailer to their shop, unfortunately we didn’t get to the garage till just before closing. They were kind enough to tow our trailer to a nearby campground for the night. They also came back to the campground on Saturday to pick me up and take me back to the garage to get the repaired truck. EXCELLENT customer service from the original phone call to the mechanics! I considered a very good price for the tow and repair, I would highly recommend Highway 30 Garage!
