Super helpful staff and often have what you need in stock. They recently helped with parts for my exhaust and a new battery. This location also has welding gas, Stihl chainsaw parts, and is the Fed Ex drop off in Council.

We were having some issues with our pickup on a recent vacation northbound so I stopped into the Council Napa and was really impressed with the quality of people in there. They were absolutely swamped with customers but quickly provided me with the help I needed. I needed a pair of pliers that I did not have in the pickup so I went and grabbed some off the shelf, the manager that was helping me check out pointed out to me that they had a pair that was significantly cheaper and was much better option to just keep in the pickup and he realized that and was willing to help. He could have easily let me spend an extra $30 but had the integrity to do the right thing and look out for the customer. Thank you guys so much!
